Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed on the NMDC portal are processed within 1-3 business days (approximate). Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. During festive periods, processing times may slightly increase.
Delivery Coverage
Standard shipping is available across all states and union territories within India.
Tracking
A unique tracking ID will be sent via SMS/Email once the shipment leaves our facility.

Return Policy
Eligible Returns
- Product received in a physically damaged condition.
- Incorrect item delivered that does not match the order description.
- Tampered packaging upon arrival (please do not accept the delivery in this case).
- Products with a remaining shelf life of less than 30 days (where applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict food safety and hygiene protocols, opened packets of spices, organic grains, and processed food items cannot be returned unless they are found to be contaminated at the time of delivery.
Refund & Replacement
REPLACEMENT
Subject to stock availability, a fresh unit of the same product will be dispatched at no extra cost within 48 hours (approximate) of return approval.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (approximate) .
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot halt the transit. A 100% refund will be issued for valid pre-dispatch cancellations.
